Hendrick Farm

Hendrick Farm is a new community nestled in the charming town of Chelsea, QC. Designed by world-renowned urban planning firm DPZ Co Design in partnership with developer, Landlab Inc., Hendrick Farm encourages healthy and sustainable lifestyles, and a sense of community.

We designed a welcome brochure for new community residents which tells the story of the development and highlights local services.
